Great location, good off-season value.
Lack of security all doors open 24/7.
Great after Labor day rate! Took a chance with the weather late in season, but heated indoor pool and proximity to other local attractions makes sure your Holiday doesn't get washed out. Clean, reasonably priced, no frills accommodations, great off season weekend on a whim Hotel. Would pay regular season rate during summer just because it's so close to beach and boardwalk.
